Great hats and service

I have several hats from this shop over the last few years. They are always well made and look great!

I was received in the store urgently searching for a traditional Panama hat so that I would match the other uncles attending a wedding at Hotel El Convento. The wedding was set to start in thirty minutes. I was fitted and shown several options. Great customer service as I got the impression that they did NOT want me leaving with a hat that did not look good on me. The care instructions I received with my hat was a nice personal touch. I will return for more.

This is our second visit and purchase. The staff here are honest helpful and friendly. Never feel pushy. Very knowledgable and products are authentic.

I was diagnosed with precancerous cells on my face. I am being treated with a chemotherapy cream. This hat keeps the sun off my raw face. From now on I will be fully covered in sunscreen and wearing cute and dramatic hats like this.
