I was received in the store urgently searching for a traditional Panama hat so that I would match the other uncles attending a wedding at Hotel El Convento. The wedding was set to start in thirty minutes. I was fitted and shown several options. Great customer service as I got the impression that they did NOT want me leaving with a hat that did not look good on me. The care instructions I received with my hat was a nice personal touch.
